This is a quick walk through on how to use both SPY and IMON under the Turnkey3 version of MVS3.8J to obtain emulated consoles where you can view the consoles and issue console commands.
The audio was recordrd using a logitech noise suppressing headset, which unfortunately does not in any way suppress white noise but seems to amplify it. I am afraid you will have to out up with th ebackground hiss.
