They expected it to take four hours to fix as they had identified the blockage issue was over 1.5 meters under the grass.
But they saved time by bringing a digger.
Had it all fixed in around four hours. Which was good because I doubt my bladder could have coped for 8hrs.
And unlike most companies, as they didn’t take as long as expected they decided not to charge the full amount that was quoted, so under $2K including the digger hire.
